Marketing" and "AudioGoRound.com" are used

All terms, conditions, and disclaimers
pertain equally to "Goldliger Marketing,
Inc" and "AudioGoRound.com".
Further, the terms "we",
"our", and "us" throughout this Agreement
refer to both Goldliger Marketing, Inc.
and AudioGoRound.com.
This agreement describes
the terms and conditions applicable to
your use of our resources and services
under the domains, sub-domains and
sub-directories of AudioGoRound.com (the
"site"), and the general principles of
Goldliger Marketing, Inc. This agreement
includes the AudioGoRound.com Content
Usage Rules. If you do not agree to be
bound by the terms and conditions of this
Agreement, do not use or access our
web-site, resources, or services.
You must read, agree with
and accept all of the terms and conditions
contained in this User Agreement and our
Privacy Policy, which include those terms

automatically be effective 30 days after

General Terms of Use
1. AudioGoRound.com is a
trademark if GoldLiger Marketing, Inc.,
and may not be used without the written
permission of GoldLiger Marketing, Inc.
2. Membership in AudioGoRound.com (AGR)
and access to AudioGoRound.com provided by
GoldLiger Marketing gives you a
non-exclusive, terminable license to use
content from AudioGoRound.com as provided
by the following Content Usage Rules:

AudioGoRound.com Content Usage Rules
By utilizing AGR
content ("content" refers to
articles and books, both in audio
and text format) you are
signifying that you have read and
agreed to the following...
1. You cannot use
AGR content for purposes that could
be deemed competitive with
AudioGoRound.com, such as an
audio/text article or content
distribution service (judged at our
sole discretion). When in doubt, ask
us first.
2. You cannot offer AGR content with
"private label" rights. This means
you cannot grant others the
right to claim or imply authorship
to the content provided, or allow
others to modify, add to, or change
content obtained from AGR. Only
you as an AGR member have
private label privileges.
Example # 1. Creating a
resource where you provide AGR
audio/text articles or books in
generic form to others, and allow
them to attach THEIR resource boxes
or author bylines would NOT be
allowed.
Example # 2. Creating content
based web-sites using AGR content is
perfectly acceptable, but you cannot
create such sites for the purpose of
selling or distributing them to
others.
Example # 3. You may
grant others the right to post or
reprint articles that originated
from AGR, but only with your
resource box attached (including
your web-site address and/or contact
info) to each or any article used.
You should clearly specify that
users must replay or reprint such
articles 'as is' (unmodified, as
you've provided them) with
references to you and your site
attached.
3. Pertaining to
AGR Audio Business Packages: You
can sell the products (audio books
and PDF files) themselves, but you
may NOT pass on private label or
resale rights to your customers. You
cannot allow your customers to sell
or edit these products in any way.
4. Pertaining to
AGR Audio Business Packages: You
may include up to 8 products in a
bundle, package, or membership site,
but no more than 8! Products CANNOT
be offered as bonuses or incentives
of any kind, as they are far too
valuable for that. Again, you may
NOT pass on private label or resale
rights to your customers.
5. You cannot claim
sole legal copyright to AGR content
unless you were to substantially
rewrite it, such that the newly
rewritten work has been changed
sufficiently enough to satisfy legal
requirements allowing you to claim
copyright.
6. AGR content
cannot be incorporated into (or used
in conjunction with) any syndication
software, content builder, or
web-site/web page building software
or service of any kind without
special permission from AGR.
(Contact us if you're interested in
licensing AGR content for such a
purpose.)
7. You cannot use AGR content to
compile any multi-category article
directory that caters to marketers
and publishers looking for content
to use (see Rule # 1).
However, you may create an "article
archive" (named as such) consisting
of related (same category) articles
(no more than one category
per domain, and no inter-linking).
You may allow others to reprint such
articles as long as you adhere to
Rules # 1 and # 2 above, and
provided your resource box
remains attached to each article.
8. You agree not to
place any AGR content or articles on
a website that also contains illegal
content, or on a website containing
warez or sexually explicit material.
9. You agree not to
distribute or advertise any AGR
content using unsolicited email or
unsolicited faxes.

3. Your paid membership
does not give you an AudioGoRound.com
franchise. The relationship between you
and GoldLiger Marketing is not a
partnership.
4. Membership in AGR is paid monthly, and
grants you access to the AGR private
member area, which includes access to
AGR's private label audio and text
content, amongst other benefits.
5. AGR may amend this User Agreement, and
the Content Usage Rules at any time. Any
such amendments will apply to all articles
and content already provided by AGR.
Unless otherwise stated, any amendments
will become effective 30 days after they
are initially posted, and you agree to
periodically review these rules for any
amendments.

resolve it with the help of a mutually

location: Minnesota. Any costs and fees
other than attorney fees associated with
the mediation will be shared equally by
each of us.
If it proves impossible to
arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution
through mediation, we agree to submit the
dispute to binding arbitration at the
following location: Minnesota, under the
Commercial Arbitration rules of the
American Arbitration Association. Judgment
upon the award rendered by the arbitration
may be entered in any court with
jurisdiction to do so.
If any provision of this
agreement is void or unenforceable in
whole or in part, the remaining provisions
of this Agreement shall not be affected
thereby.
Termination
This User Agreement is
effective until terminated by either
party. You may terminate this agreement at
any time by destroying all materials
obtained from any and all AudioGoRound.com
site(s) and all related documentation and
all copies and installations thereof,
whether made under the terms of this
agreement or otherwise. This agreement
will terminate immediately without notice
at AudioGoRound.com's sole discretion,
should you fail to comply with any term or
provision of this agreement. Upon
termination, you must destroy all
materials obtained from this site and any
and all other AudioGoRound.com site(s) and
all copies thereof, whether made under the
terms of this agreement or otherwise.
The destruction of
materials requirement does not apply to
the private label rights articles &
products and their accompanying sales
pages that you obtained during your
